2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in account suspension or permanent closure. be88u may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at be88u is ৳100 (for each payment method). Accepted payment methods for deposits are:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)

Only deposits made from a payment account registered in your own name are permitted. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Please note: Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

be88u is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and other illegal financial activity. In the case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to suspend the transaction, request additional verification, and notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

be88u offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — you can start playing with a total of ৳2,000.
  • If you deposit ৳32,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus funds only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotional offer has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.
  • Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless specifically permitted.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be cancelled.
  • be88u reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Warning: If you attempt to withdraw directly using a bonus without placing bets, that withdrawal will be cancelled and the bonus funds will be forfeited.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

be88u's VIP program has five levels. Through regular gaming and activity on the platform, you can advance to higher levels:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
  • Silver: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
  • Gold: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Platinum: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Diamond: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

The detailed terms of VIP levels and benefits are at be88u's discretion and are subject to change. Cashback is automatically credited to your account at the end of each week.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on be88u:

  • Opening an account with a false or fake identity
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Abusing bonuses or promotional offers
  • Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
  • Colluding with other members to place bets
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security measures
  • Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money transfers
  • Harassing or behaving aggressively toward other members

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and any funds in the account may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.
